We are currently experiencing some delays with delivery due to COVID 19. We are aiming to get all of our pieces out within 4 weeks. If it has been longer than this since your order, please contact Daniella via email.
Yes, we do offer international delivery, please email Daniella for more information.
As all art is original, it will take around 4 weeks from order to delivery (unless specified otherwise).
You will receive a tracking number once your parcel is received by our courier so you will know when to expect your delivery.
All artwork is wrapped, double wrapped; then for good measure triple wrapped for exceptional protection against any delivery damage.
The only resin Daniella uses is Artresin. ArtResin is non-toxic, no VOCS, no fumes, no solvents, non-flammable and is non-hazardous.
ArtResin is chemically engineered to offer the most efficient yellowing protection on the market. It’s advanced stabilization additives provide superior, long term clarity of the artwork.
All paintings are original pieces of art, handmade and designed by Daniella in her studio in Leeds.
Commissions are requests from a client. Colours, sizes and shapes can be requested with a commission, whereas an original is an artwork that has been created for Daniella’s collection. But all commissions are originals.
Prints are reproductions of original artworks, although it is not something we currently offer.

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, you need to send an email to hello@daniellanewall.com within 48 hours of making your purchase, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Any later and you risk losing your deposit. We will not accept any refunds if contacted after 14 days of receiving your piece.
